BATANGAS – Tatanggap ng Gawad Parangal for Outstanding Local Chief Executive si Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto sa susunod na buwan, kasabay ng Annual National Welfare and Development Forum and Assembly.
Ang parangal kay Recto ay ipagkakaloob ng Association of Local Social Welfare and Development Officers of the Philippines Inc. (ALSWDOP) sa isang seremonya sa Albay bilang pagkilala sa malaking kontribusyon ng gobernadora sa aspeto ng kagalingang panlipunan at pag-unlad.
Para sa taong 2011-2012, nakakuha si Recto ng score na 95 sa performance, planning, innovations, enacted local legislation at best practices, batay sa Local Governance Performance Management System. – Lyka Manalo
