Ayon sa CBCPEpiscopal Commission on Youth (ECY), pangungunahan ni Palma ang may 38 kabataan mula sa Archdiocese of Cebu, sa pagdalo sa okasyon, bukod pa kina Legaspi Bishop Joel Baylon at Kabankalan Bishop Patricio Buzon, kasama ang 182 pilgrims. – Mary Ann Santiago
