Ang naturang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ni Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle sa San Fernando de Dilao Parish sa Paco, Manila.
Ayon kay Brillantes, naimbitahan ang Comelec sa naturang aktibidad dahil may kinalaman umano ito sa halalan.
Bukod sa Comelec, dumalo rin ang National Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) at Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), na kapwa accredited citizen’s arm ng poll body sa eleksiyon. - Mary Ann Santiago
