Labinlimang senatorial candidate – siyam mula sa Team PNoy at anim mula sa United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) – ang nagpupukpukan ngayon upang makapasok sa “Magic 12” sa May midterm elections, ayon sa pinakahuling survey ng Pulse Asia.
Ito ay resulta ng face-to-face interview sa 1,800 respondent noong Pebrero 24-28.
Nangunguna pa rin sa survey ang Team PNoy candidates na sina Senador Loren Legarda (56.7 percent), Francis Escudero (54.9 percent), at Alan Peter Cayetano (52.8 percent) para sa una hanggang ikatlong puwesto.
Apat na kandidato ang nakapuwesto sa ika-apat hanggang ika-siyam na posisyon – dating Las Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar (Team PNoy-44 percent), San Juan City Rep. JV Ejercito (UNA-43.8 percent), dating youth leader Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV (Team PNoy-43.2 percent) at UNA Deputy Secretary General Nancy Binay (42.5 percent).
Hindi naman nalalayo sina Team PNoy bet dating MTRCB Chairperson Grace Poe-Llamanzares (Team PNoy-42.1 percent) at Sen. Koko Pimentel (Team PNoy-40.1 percent) na pumuwesto sa ikaapat hanggang ika-12.
Pasok din sa “Magic 12” sina Sen. Gregorio Honasan (UNA-37.9 percent, 8th-13th place), Cagayan Rep. Juan Ponce “Jack” Enrile Jr. (UNA-36.6 percent, 9th-15th place), Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV (Team PNoy— 36.1 percent, 9th-15th place), Aurora Rep. Juan Edgardo Angara (Team PNoy-35.1 percent, 10th-15th place), dating Sen. Migz Zubiri (UNA-33.2 percent, 11th-16th place) at dating Sen. Richard Gordon (UNA-32.2 percent, 11th-16th place).
Sina Llamanzares at Aquino ang may pinakamalaking iniangat sa survey na umabot sa 11.2 at 11.8 percentage points, ayon sa pagkakasunod. – Ellalyn B. De Vera/Manila Bulletin
