Ang Galing Pinoy, 11 others barred from party-list race

AFTER applying the new guidelines set by the Supreme Court, the Commission on Elections on Monday decided to approve the candidacy of more 24 party-list groups and maintained the disqualification of 12 others, including Ang Galing Pinoy party-list. Ang Galing Pinoy, a group supposedly representing security guards, is represented by Juan Miguel Arroyo, son of former president Gloria Arroyo.
