PUMASOK si UMASOK Catherine Zeta-Jones sa isang treatment center upang matulungan siya sa kanyang bipolar disorder, kinumpirma ng TVGuide.com.
“Catherine has proactively checked into a health care facility,” pahayag ng kinatawan ng aktres. “Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner.”
Gaya ng naunang iniulat ng TMZ.com, ang 43-anyos na Oscar winner ay pumasok sa rehab nitong Lunes at inaasahang makukumpleto ang 30-araw na programa.
Unang nagpagamot si Catherine sa Bipolar II disorder noong Abril 2011. Lumabas siya sa pabalat ng People magazine makalipas ang ilang araw para talakayin ang kanyang diagnosis.
“This is a disorder that affects millions of people and I am one of them,” aniya. “If my revelation of having Bipolar II has encouraged one person to seek help, then it is worth it. There is no need to suffer silently and there is no shame in seeking help.”
