Sa ipinalabas na bulletin noong Abril 3, sinabi ng ahensiya na walang red tide toxin sa mga baybayin sa Bulacan, Bataan at Zambales.
Nananatili namang positibo sa red tide ang shellfish mula sa Dumanquillas Bay sa Zamboanga del Sur, at Murcielagos Bay sa Zamboanga del Norte at Misamis Occidental. – Light A.Nolasco
