CEBU CITY, Cebu - The Metro Cebu Bridge Management Board (MCBMB) is urging President Benigno S. Aquino III to allow the area at the back of the Malacañang sa Sugbo as temporary port for ferry boats plying the Mactan-Cebu route so as to ease traffic at the Mactan-Mandaue Bridge.
