Babantayan ng Global Partnership for Social Accountability (GPSA), grupo ng donors, governments at civil society organizations, ang implementasyon sa Pantawid Pamilya program ng administrasyong Aquino.
Ayon sa World Bank, nais nilang matiyak na nakakarating sa benepisaryo ang conditional cash transfer fund at masigurong magtatagumpay ang programa kayat naghahanap sila ng CSO na bibigyan nila ng grant para makamit ang transparency at accountability ng gobyerno.
“There is a need for more independent eyes and ears on the ground to make sure that Pantawid Pamilya, one of the country’s most important investments in the education and health of Filipino children, is implemented very well. The GPSA grants will enable the government to systematically enlist the help of civil society groups in ensuring that,” pahayag ni Nazmul Chaudhury, World Bank Country Sector Coordinator for Human Development. – Mac Cabreros
