CAMP QUIRINO, Ilocos Sur - A suspected member of the "Sinco Gang" was arrested while three other alleged members of a Private Armed Group (PAG) surrendered in this province recently, bringing to 16 the total number of PAG members disarmed by the Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1) since the start of the year.
