Ayon sa ulat, naningil ang manpower agency ng P50 para sa application form at P750 medical fee at binibigyan ng referral letter ngunit hindi kinikilala ng kompanyang pinupuntahan ng aplikante. Wala ring lisensya ang agency. Mac Cabreros
